This excavation and earthmoving project in Delacombe, Ballarat is for a special NDIS disability housing client. This project makes use of a number of our services, with our team at Complete Plumbing Ballarat onsite from start to finish. All underground services or utilities will be taken care of, including sewer, water, fire service, hydrants, stormwater drainage installation, and digging of power trenches.
The stormwater drainage includes an underground spell unit keeping stormwater in line with council requirements. Water line includes 100mm poly water pipe leading from an impressive water meter setup to service each dwelling.
The fire service includes fire hydrants servicing this development. The main driveway has been completed and ready for concrete pour. We will also be completing the plumbing on all units.
